  We had a good experience building with Broadview. The sales team, suppliers, site supervisor and construction crews were great to deal with. There were some follow up problems after possession, these were mostly dealt with adequately, and nearly 2 years after posession we are still happy, and have a Beautiful well built home. Only slight improvements in quality/certain very fine details could be addressed and the pricing for the home and upgrades were on the higher end.
